Low Tech Hacks and Systems For Property Management
I love technology and quality of life, sometimes the former doesn't always mix well with the latter. What are some low tech systems (preferably no cost) or hacks have you found most valuable when managing your real estate business?
For example, I manage receipts for my current AirBnB unit by creating a separate email address specifically for this purpose. Whenever I have an AirBnB related expense, I take a photo of the receipt and put the amount, store, etc. in the subject line/body of the email and send it to that email address. At the end of each month, it's easy to filter on expenses and copy/paste into a spreadsheet. Plus it will stick around for 3 years in case of an audit!
