Can you invest in opportunity zones through platforms that don’t require you to be an accredited investor?

Essentially, they provide you with a virtual address and it is perfectly legitimate (the IRS sends me documents to this address, so it's legit!).

That is way off, for “origination” charges....may be legit if that includes fees for “buying down the interest rate” but that would usually be “discount points”.

Do any of you guys see a role for any local real estate groups/gatherings of investors or do you think its best to stay with national web based platforms?
