@Victoria Green multi family investing is pretty good in Texas... although prices are very competitive right now and you're dealing with mostly cash buyers.

I know it will be tough considering I'm so green and working a full-time job, but I think the best way to learn is to do, so that's what I'm going to do!

It will be a Green Community Development with 60% of the forest preserved.

@Taylor Green We have never loaned money to do a purchase or rehab, but we have sold property on time where they defaulted.

To be honest I am as green as it comes in terms of REI, thank god for BiggerPockets I feel like I have hope.
