The reason being is that absentee leads are mailed by just about every investor and DFD leads are seldom mailed becuase they take a long time to accumulate.

For example lets say the property I bought went to the auction on September and I bought it 3 months later on December, would I have the pay the taxes that accumulated over those 3 months while it was on the strike off list plus the minimum bid?
