@Nicholas Petz -- I used infousa for my list, and initially made a few phone calls before finding a little hidden (no google my business page) facility on google maps. 

Google them and you'll have everything you need.

Another great knowledgeable person is John Fedro, if you google his name you should find some very helpful content.

I google everyone, either way, though, and trust that homeland security is on the ball as well (LOL, yeah...) 

Google it or get help.

Lastly, a quick google search on the nearest, prison, chemical plant, and emergency stations nearby

@Patricia ChamorroBelow are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

BP doesn't allow links but Google "gc license test prep" or something similar and buy a course that serves your state.

Right now one of my tenants has been receiving aid from the state to pay their rent.
