If I ever saw that contractor around again, I would tell my client that this contractor is poor quality and/or unethical and that I do not recommend doing business with him because of previous violations of trust / reputation.

Have received a proposal from a reputable HVAC contractor to provide a 1 year Preventive Maintenance plan which includes 2 preventive cleanings per unit per year (and also includes testing, general maint, adjustments, etc) and includes 15% discount on repairs, 24 Service Calls and no Overtime.
