New to Wholesaling open to all advice

Hi my name is Sterling Robinson from Michigan. I am currently a senior in college studying Supply chain management. I am looking to start my own real estate investing llc. I want to start off by wholesaling to build capital and then work my way into other investment strategies. My business partner is currently working on becoming a real estate agent. I wanted to get advice on starting wholesaling. What are the best ways to network? Once we find contracts to assign, what is your advice on finding buyers? I'll love to hear any other advice you guys have to offer.
