I was doing a report for my social policy class and read an article saying he was going to tax medium and large sized business 6 to 7 percent!

Ceramic tile the kitchen and baths with a neutral color and medium to dark grout.  

I wouldn't care about the property being $50 short a month if the medium-term outlook included such a positive overall return.

I would say its "medium" in size, probably similar to the image below.

Most of our work is on medium to high end residential $350,000 and up.Once you find a good contractor , pay him good , pay him fast , when YOU call he will fit you in .

I have been trying to avoid pets (at least medium to large dogs) and getting tenants that have kids.

Knock off the high gloss with a light/medium grit sanding sponge, tack all the dust, light coat of poly (oil is nice but stinks, water based works well too but doesn't level quite as easy as oil), let it dry for a *couple* of days (forget about the couple hours the can says), fine grit sponge it, tack it, second coat.

I'm going to add and take a little bit from everyone and say there is a happy medium to buying at retail.

What is a good happy medium?
