We have daily team meets, weekly corporation team meets, legal conferences, weekly meets with bankers, and on and on and on all to keep "on the ball" with the entire situation, to know all there is to know, formulate action plans, have solutions ready for problems BEFORE the problems happen, so that any time one of our LandLord clients call with a question that I have the answer right off the top of my head to help advise and defend their best interest.

The good part of the family emptied the entire house into a dumpster and had a old motorhome towed away . ( I got pics of THEM doing it ) So today I am doing a second cleaning /sanitizing and the crack head daughter in law shows up . " Where the xxxx is my stuff ?"

I'm not as in touch with the latter, but obviously we're heading for record unemployment and people without jobs won't be buying houses to live in, so I have to think that's going to fall off a cliff too (like so much else).On the other side, I'm also hearing that a lot of homeowners haven't gotten the memo yet and are still asking sky-high prices.
