Where is all my stuff ?

I had a tenant give me their 30 day notice in writing saying they will leave the house by the first . One old man on the lease ( alcoholic went into nursing home ) . His son and daughter in law were frequently there "helping " him . ( they were the black sheep of the family , drugs , jail etc ) .  The good part of the family emptied the entire house into a dumpster and had a old motorhome towed away . ( I got pics of THEM doing it ) 

So today I am doing a second cleaning /sanitizing and the crack head daughter in law shows up . " Where the xxxx is my stuff ?"  I told her  " The tenant who lived her , your father in law gave his notice and the family cleaned out the house , I dont know what if any of your "stuff " was here .  Her " You MF you cant evict me I live here and the virus law"  Me " I didnt evict anyone the tenant vacated , you are NOT on the lease , you are simply a visitor , call your inlaw family " .  She calls and the language would make a drunk sailor blush , while she is screaming to her brother in law , I call the cops .   She gets off the phone and insists she is moving in . I laugh and say no , since there is no toilet , kitchen and the plumping is disconnected and the electric is off  ( I am using a generator) .

As the cops pull up in she shoves me . ( bad move cop sees this ) . She starts ranting and raving to the cop all about the laws . He then asks me if I am the landlord , I hand him a copy of the 30 day notice from the tenant . He runs my ID and Hers . Out come the cuffs ( not for me ) . She had warrants , he say her car tags were expired , and no insurance , then he finds a crack pipe on the passenger seat , and asks me "since she shoved you do you wish to press assault charges ?"   Me " Yes Sir and Trespassing charges . "  ( I pointed to the signs ) . I ask about her car , the cop says a tow truck is coming for it . 

The cop asked me " are you sure she didnt live here ? "  And I told him the truth  " She always said she was here to help out the old man during the day  clean ( place was disgusting) , cook and do laundry " 

A very interesting morning .
