At this time I’m trying to focus on getting to know the terminology, descriptions and roles of jobs that are involved in real estate. 

Although I’m far from being a lazy tennent, inexperience May be a better description but certainly not lazy.

By the time something is built market conditions could have changed and projections are now out the window.When you say (opportunistic new build hotel) it is not descriptive enough if this is just an idea, land entitled, vertical started, etc.  

I've noticed that the appraisal district's legal description usually has a serial number or label number.

The town is actually the economic center of that geographical pocket, although I am uncertain if that's a good thing or a red flag.

Phoenix I don't see any slowing in its growth given the geographic location in terms of a constant workforce supply and the Arizona tax code versus CA (a tax-heavy state for businesses).

In my opinion a good property manager gets your listing in as many places as possible AND does a spectacular job writing the best description and presenting it in the best possible way.

But any answers with this vague of a description wouldn't be much help, unfortunately.
