Being a young family fresh out of college, our student loans have strained our credit to the point where traditional lending is not an option.

I'm a mortgage lender that focuses for the most part on house-hacking, student housing and air bnb.

The actual deck is something I worked very hard on and only share it with deal partners and/or students.

Campus Edge is not great because it's full of college students, they only allow college students so it can be a bit of a party scene, but there are nice properties over in that area if you know where to look

I am a current AstroFlipping Student and I have investigated a little into the other mentorship programs and I really vouch for Astro.

Tenants not knowing each other will make them much less likely to be throwing parties and takes away a lot of the normal risks when renting to students. 

Also, I took a look at your BP Profile and I think you actually rehabbed/rent the house that I rented when I was a student at Ohio State!
