STR Newbie Finding Partners

Hello! My wife and I are beginning our real estate journey in STR's! We have big dreams, but need help to get there. Being a young family fresh out of college, our student loans have strained our credit to the point where traditional lending is not an option. My question is, how have some of you found partners for deals? How do you approach potential partners with STR deals specifically. Having little experience under my belts, I don't know how to present myself in a way that makes it wise for the other person to work with me. Thank you for your help!
