I actually got the foreclosure off my credit report because i argued the case saying she was responsible for the mortgage based on the divorce agreement and no I didnt have an attorney just could not afford it with the child support.

I believe that the 160k covers the loan amount and the liens, but doesn't cover what extra that the wife wants to cover child support, etc.
