I looked this up on the internet and there are tons of complaints about this particular model.

-Current tenant does not have a copy of the sublease and I never actually signed it-Tenant has had 2 additional people staying in the unit, which is against the lease-Tenant has a dog in the unit, which is against the lease-Leak caused from the refrigerator due to negligence by tenant has required damage to the unit and 2 downstairs neighbors (in August)-Electricity and internet are in my name and no mention in sublease that it will be provided-Numerous complaints from neighbors and broken HOA rules-15 days late on rent payment

People mistakenly think they can just learn everything on the internet.

EG Boston, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, DC, Seattle, Austin, etc etc prices are higher than small towns far from major metropolitan areas and generally prices downtown are more expensive than the suburbs in this period of history.Do you think, over the next few decades that the internet will ever serve to bring down those big city real estate prices relative to less expensive areas.

Was told that changed to 4 total. internet search did not produce answer.If it changed please advise what the new number is.

Currently in Banff, Canada-gorgeous- and spotty internet and $.69 per minute and I'm cheap.

When I first started, I used these kinds of programs and although I did learn a lot, I ended up feeling disappointed in the end.The other guys responding here are absolutely correct, you're in one of the best places on the Internet to learn about real estate investing.

Be careful taking internet advice about licensing or entities.
