CD and SD for Cali lease agreement package ?

Hi, I'm a new owner of an owner-occupied duplex, and I'm trying to get my soon-to-be tenant all the disclosures. I can't seem to find the carbon monoxide disclosure and smoke detector disclosure.

Any Help?

Thank You BP by the way for the awesome California lease agreement package for landlords I downloaded. I do not see the disclosures I'm looking for in their though (I'm following the included checklist) I might be missing it, however.

Would appreciate the help!

Thanks,

- Matt

@Matt Padlo You can find them on the internet. Get the disclosure for lead paint too if prior to 1978 construction.
