Not sure how to handle this situation… I was contacted by a fellow investor who negotiates short sales with banks wanting to know if I would like to do the following deal:SFHPrice to me: $159KRepairs: $30KARV: $250KI would like to wholesale the deal, but the other investor is handling the short sale and from what I understand, banks will not let you assign short sales.

Finding any one book or source that "tells all" is hard to come by...Wholesale - As far as doing wholesale deals, typically these you would sell or flip the “contract” to another investor or buyer and they would need to get financing.

Personally, I like wholesales because it is easy with very limited risk and huge paydays.
