What investment strategies do you suggest and enjoy the most

What's the best way(s) you've found to invest? Rent, rehab and resale, sell on contract, use wraparounds, tax liens/deeds, etc? We all have hopes of making good money, but at the same time what offers the least stress and most free time for the full-time investor? Where have you been the most successful and are you happy with the lifestyle that route has offered you?

It's hard to decide what avenues to specialize in. Hopefully those with experience 8) will help guide us.
