One other thing to be concerned with is clean up of pet waste.

There's little to no money involved (though I recommend getting a second number through something like Google Voice or GoDaddy Smartline - there are others) but you have to be willing to make call after call after call after call and being harshly rejected (to say the least) on many of those calls.Door knocking is even cheaper, except that maybe you're doing more driving. 

Im worried about getting evicted i have a clean record and have already spoke with the leasing office saying i will cover damages.

They might not have the budget for a STR on par with our normal rates, but perhaps at a significantly reduced fee, we can at least get some incoming cash flow to go towards the mortgages, and they get a clean, private space that they wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford.
