How do you think operations should change for apartment buildings in this Coronavirus times?

More frequent cleaning of common spaces?

Notices about washing hands, or detecting if you might be infected?

What are you doing, or planning to do differently in response to the Coronavirus?

We have shut down all amenities except laundry, limited office hours, no vendors on-site unless for emergencies, only emergency work orders, not accepting package deliveries.

We have waived late fees and everywhere I own evictions have be disallowed until we get through this.

I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that's a lot of what we are doing.
