Hey Guys, I'm 21 years currently living in Israel (the middle-east) and I want to move back to the US to work and Invest in R.E.I've read many books and took a r.e class here in Israel and i feel ready to move to the US in a few months.

I don't think you screwed yourself, you're in the middle of a growth period.

I recall at 23-24, getting off the train after my 1 hour and 40 minute commute had ended and watching middle aged adults sprinting to their cars to get home and beat the 2 minutes of traffic in the parking lot after commuting nearly 2 hours.

Since I am coming during the middle of the "sales season" I am hoping the daily efforts will start showing results by next summer ( although I wouldn't be upset if it started sooner". 

If I was the seller on the deal and you weren't making the closing date because you switched lenders in the middle of the transaction to try to get a better deal for yourself I'd demand compensation to sign an extension.  

BUT he was also stupid and thought he could keep the middle building-the second row of storage units. 

In my opinion, the metro will need to keep expanding south east in towns like Lorton and Manassas.
