this site interest me because all I have ever done is real estate in some form or fashion for 41 years... and its been a great ride with plenty of ups and downs.. and I do believe I have some unique perspectives from both investor side of the coin... retial buyer side ... wholesale side RE broker side Mortgage banker side.. etc etc.And it fills an hour or so of my day when I am usually having my coffee in the morning or just trying to kill time like right now in Vegas waiting for my plane Also some very nice folks on this site..

Buy the note for 20-25K, sit back and enjoy the ride, an equity note in FL goes back to the note holder, the highway dept will have to clear the mortgage.

So, I'm thinking nothing too fancy...A 3br, 2ba on each side, 1200 sq. ft. or so per side, with the finished just being standard stuff...High quality for less maintenance, but not necessarily flashy or fancy...More on the functional side than fashionable.
