I don’t think that there is a blanket “lender” policy that is applicable here.

Fill out the permit application, submit the specs of the window and let them ask you for additional information.

If you expect to rent your property to a business executive they will not be impressed with a rental application that has been photocopied from a book.

I have download application from SBA but haven't finished filling out forms yet. 

Out of 360 rentals, we have 15 empty but three of those already have applications on them.That may change if COVID-19 keeps us shut down for more than a couple weeks.

hello everyone,3 years ago i took a $153,000 mortgage for 4.5% interest rate which was bought by one of the big banks about a year later.now that same bank is offering me to refinance my mortgage for 3.5% and $2200 closing costs that will be added to the total sum and $395 application fee upfront.now, looking at the numbers, it make scene for me to go for it, but why would the bank offer me this deal if im already paying them 4.5%.sounds too good to be true, where is the catch?

Not sure how to get home shown other then virtually - Then you can do everything over the computer - applications etc.   

They were always glitchy and the application feature was never working for the tenant, always crashing.
