How does COVID 19 benefit note investors??? Or does it hurt note investors ??? Looking for strategies to benefit from the crisis...

@Bradley Ritter Well in the short term its going to be a wild ride down the "default pipeline". Could be worse than 2008 since unemployment is spiking in every market and eventually many of our borrowers will run out of financial resources to meet their debt obligations. If the virus is not contained soon, then these folks will not be able to return to work. 

One key is for the fed to provide financial relief to small business owners to help them weather the storm and increase unemployment benefits and access so that our borrowers have relief as well. Until then "no soup for you...."
