How are lenders handling rate locks during this time? Extending?
I've got a purchase and a refinance going on right now. Purchase is set to close this week but they're locking the county down. I also have an appraiser coming for my refinance this week as well.
Chances are the close and refinance will be postponed thus going past my rate locks (one is a 30 day and the other a 45).
Are lenders honoring these locks because of delays? What have you guys heard/experienced?
