Anybody have tips or tricks for this market?

I am sure you expecting some jazy trick, system, scheme.

The trick is that you need to know who to send the letter/suit info to, otherwise it's just dust in the wind.

One trick I learned is, let's say you are doing a Tampa subject to deal, you can create an LLC like “Tampa property maintenance” and send the mortgage bill payment checks from there.

If you don't yet know all the tricks be sure to read more books and listen to more podcasts to learn more to be more prepared when deals come your way or know how to find the deals to then find the money for the deal.

If you have an assignment issue here is an easy trick - go to contract in an LLC - then you sell the LLC to your end buyer.

I think the trick is to make sure the person you use preps the surface completely and then uses a quality product to finish it all.
