Best way to start with 10k?
I live in Boise, Idaho and purchased a primary residence a few months back. I’ve been saving money and have about 10k at this point that I’m ready to invest in cash-flowing real estate. I’m looking at all property types in every market. Any suggestions?

Have you thought about renting your current house out and buying another with FHA for 3.5% down? Conventional also has a 5% down available. That will allow you to get a 200k house for 10k down.
