Is this like having all the stars and the moon line up?

Now, I have about 20 five-star reviews and the bookings are piling up. 

But if the stars don't align, this could lead to a giant clusterf*ck, so be careful!

There's a company that operates around our region called Five Star Commercial Roofing, that we have used many times on commercial buildings. 

Lets definitely keep in touch as I know you all offer five star services on the property management side as well. 

In order to rent it out, all the stars, the moons and the planets have to be in perfect alignment (everyone in the house must get along with each other). 

If you ask me different area of Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, not so much of Wesley Chapel and New Tampa, I know much more now.

That is after 5 short years.  5-10 years from now $1,000,000.00 in tax deferred cash flow.I have said it here before and I will say it again,If you reach for the stars, you may grab a handful of clouds.  

Again, you won't learn everything but you'll know a ton.In either of these jobs, you'll also interact and have a chance to learn who the rock star agents are in your area and a ton of other useful skills/knowledge that will set you up for success, no matter what kind of RE investing you choose to do.

If you do decide to do STRs in 29 Palms, please encourage your guests to respect the neighborhood, be quiet, keep garbage under control, and limit light pollution to keep those precious dark, star-filled skies.
