buying a fully rented MF for house hack
Hello all. First time caller, long time listener here. I'm looking to house hack my first multifam. But what if all the units are rented? I also need to have this line up with the end of the lease on the apartment that I live in now. Is this like having all the stars and the moon line up?
thoughts?
