San Bernardino County places a moratorium on VHR permits???

Hi BP,

I'm thinking about purchasing an STR in either Yucca Valley or 29 Palms. After speaking with a few local agents, they shared with me that the County may be issuing a moratorium on VHR permits this August.

Has anyone heard of this?
