It's kinda the age old dilemma of real estate investing - you either have time or money to invest into your business - usually not both (unless you retired rich or are a trust fund baby).So if you have no time, this system is perfect for those people.I'm lucky in that I find crap loads of vacant houses in my area when I'm looking and I'm still back logged to getting out 2nd and 3rd mailings to those lists.

The silver lining is the city now has the opportunity to go forward with a restructured debt load, restructured union contracts, restructured pension and retiree health care liabilities and with one person, the emergency manager in charge along with a bankruptcy judge, the ability to make decisive changes that the former leadership was unable to do.
