Her name is @Laura Richards...( I guess we're not colleagues yet :) I believe Jay Hinrichs has worked with her or some of the other people in the same title company as her (who are also here on BP) :)

It was a pretty good book and gave me a couple of "out of the box" ideas.I just picked up "a rehabber's tale" by Richard Warren (a BP member) and "the art of a deal".
