My father was re-financing a property with 2 houses on it and was unpleasantly surprised to find out he had to pay 2 appraisal fee's.

I could relate to buying those unwanted properties

Contractors, right type of material, appropriate quality of finish for the market price...Sometimes overcrowding different contractors at same time; gives unpleasent feeling; as each might upset others!

Including cleaning, moving without damaging the property and disposing of unwanted items.
