Does anybody know if wholesaling houses in utah is legal?

So i am trying to wholesale houses here in utah but i cant figure out if it's legal or not, so i just wanted see if you guys knew by any chance!

It's not illegal per se.  But contract assignment as a business is heavily frowned on by the Division of Real Estate and they are writing citations.

There are ways to do it that won't get you in trouble.  But these methods require a certain level of sophistication.

I recommend going to your local REIA's and talking to wholesalers about how they're doing it these days to stay out of trouble.
