It's years of practice, and learning what you can do, what you can't do, and the repetition of doing thousands and thousands of loans and the nuances of working around the guidelines.

Interesting view...I can see where one thinks the questions/comments are repetitive but a lot of the time people are wanting to network and spark conversation, weak effort or not.
