Newby looking for advice- Wholesale
HI!
I am new to wholesaling and just opened my business. I have a few investors that are looking for me to find them cash deals on homes in and around Nashville, TN. The business strategy for my company is to find the deals, do the rehab and sell the home for the investor. If the investment is a BRRR then I would manage the rental until it is time to sell. I have been in property management for over 10 years.
I have a good idea of where I see the business going, but I feel stuck with all of the information or misinformation out there about wholesaling and what approach to use to find deals. I am skeptical of all the programs asking you to buy into their way of becoming successful at wholesaling or flipping, but I do see a value in having a mentor. I currently have a mentor for the rehab side of the business. I am Interested in where to find quality knowledge on wholesaling.
I use REDX as my lead platform. I signed up for auction.com, HUD, Foreclosure.com. I go to any auction I can to see if I can find a deal. I drive around to find distressed, vacant homes. I am currently hitting a wall at how to approach working with foreclosure attorneys or banks.
I am open to any advice on where to go for quality knowledge on wholesaling and how to be successful.
Thank you in advance for any advice you have to offer
