Hello everyone, I am in the metro Detroit area. I have been a licensed real estate agent for about 3 months. i'm 19 years old and attending college. Im reaching out to see if anyone has any real estate advice. Whether it's how to get new listings or find new buyer clients or if its on the investor side trying to excel in the game to set myself up for the future.
