But if you plan on looking at real estate at these locations, then prior to booking tickets and leaving, initiate communication with local realtors, property managers, accountants, or folks on BP who know the locations.

After little more research, I think I want to concentrate on looking at and near North Port, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers areas.

I've shied away from 5-6 plexes around here based on looking at a lot of them which are maintenance wrecks, and not having the 30-40K to dump into them after closing to really make them shine.  

Now it makes more sense why the WRA allows so much time for their little in course quizzes - you are supposed to answer most questions based on looking stuff up in the forms?
