I am a new investor looking to buy a house to rent out in West Florida.  Can anybody recommend a great property management company?

After little more research, I think I want to concentrate on looking at and near North Port, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers areas. I am thinking of a SFR under $200k.

Is it possible to buy something decent with this price in a non-war zone? 

Any input is greatly appreciated.
