I can tell you that every single time a person has shown up to an open house, filled out an application and waved cash around, they failed our credit background check...and I mean miserably. 

If they are slow and unresponsive in the beginning it is a bad sign and you could be miserable at closing.

You are right, talking to county and bring the rendering is definitely a good start.I did that a few years back, as a green newbie, and the person behind the "power" desk, wasn't very nice, and made my 'life" miserable.  

These machines typically replace quite a few employees who have what I would consider pretty miserable jobs, or complete tasks that are extremely difficult, dangerous, and/or time consuming for a human to do. 

Im at the point where you feel miserable because you don't know what to do next.

There's lots of lousy managers in this biz and they can make your life miserable.

If you do not like interacting with people and really going that extra mile to make people happy then you will be miserable in your efforts.

What if their behavior makes life miserable for the other tenants, so that they move out too, and nobody is willing to move in?
