Mobile Home Investing in/around Phoenix

Armando Raygoza

New to Phoenix and I have a few questions regarding manufactured/mobile homes. Is there a healthy market for used or resale of manufactured/mobile homes? Or is it more popular to buy a brand new model from a dealer? What are the top mobile home communities in/around Phoenix. Are they on leased land or private owner lots? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Armando

Armando Raygoza I met a guy at Home Depot that flips mobile homes in Mesa's retirement communities. He buys them cheap, does the lipstick, and makes some money on the sale. I though it was a neat unique niche. I haven't heard of anyone else doing it.

I'm in Tempe and I think every trailer park here has to be in the "path of progress". However, I haven't decided if I want to deal with trailer park tenants yet.

On a final note, when I was younger a friend of my sister lived in an old FEMA trailer he got for free in college. He lived so cheap haha.
