I want to personally thank the BP Community for being so helpful and very humble with all of the questions us newbies always have.

This comes with years of experience, in my humble opinion.I always recommend starting with a simple 3/2 SFR in a Bread and Butter neighborhood.

I sold it closes end of the week.these are the type of under radar towns investors should get to know in my humble opinion.

Should have let sleeping dogs lie until the 2 months before when you were certain you needed the place.Mentally now the tenant is counting down the days until you will kick them out and are disgruntled.I don't know how you UNRING that bell.At this point the goal is to keep her through her tenancy so you might have to eat a little humble pie and try to make a peace offering.

I am a humble new investor in search of an experienced commercial investor who could partner with me on really good deals I have access to.

It gives you more transparency on expenses and creates multi person decision making process.Lender, Agent, Lawyer,Home inspector are all independently singing off on your investment instead of one turnkey company.That’s my humble opinion at least
