Hello everyone, my name is Dalton Conwell. I have been reading posts on here for quite some time now and finally decided to quit being so timid and introduce myself. I have been intrigued about real estate investing for sometime now and have been reading many books and forums. I have learned so much and I am very grateful for free knowledge resources such as this one. I Recently purchased my first property (personal). By the end of the year though I plan to own 2-3 rentals, and to continue to grow and expand my knowledge in real estate investing

Hey @Dalton Conwell

Welcome to BP, so glad you are here and decided to say hi!

Congratulations on getting started and on your rental goals for this year, keep us updated on your progress.

There are some great threads on the forums about every piece of the process of owning rental properties: finding good deals, acquiring, rehabbing, managing, and more!

@Peter MacKercher gave you some great tips for getting started.

Great to have you, feel free to reach out anytime!
