I have started a journal and committed to capturing my activities and evaluating if they are taking me closer to my goal or distracting me from them.  

In fact, just look around at how many people are constantly distracted with screwing around on their smart phones.  

I was trying to listen to it Thursday but having a 7 year old and 2 year old running around is pretty distracting, lol.

I got distracted by the bit about the hot water heater and plumber.

Don't get distracted by shiny things. 

Didn't mean to distract from your original post.

You don't want to be distracted with the facts of the situation so you hold on to your tenuous argument. 

Just one thought to removing some distractions.

If you are interested I can recommend you some good books that will get you going in the mean time. ( dont get distracted with some gurus on TV and pay thousands )  Bigger pockets also have pleanty of content.Another Suggestion once you get your RE license Look for (legit Real estate wholeselling Real estate firm) MAn you will see so many deals on a daily basis that by the time you are 19th or 20 you will be so much ahead of the game, plus If you get good at it you will be get paid while you learn.
