Hello BP Community!

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Cody, I'm 24 and live in St. Petersburg, FL.  I'm super excited to get started in RE Investing. I'm thinking about wholesaling, but would ultimately like to do rehabs and buy and holds. I figure based on my age, buy and holds would be a solid plan, more time=more money=more investments. If anyone can give me any advice /pointers that would be great, or just a kick in the butt to get started. I'm very nervous to get started, there's a lot to learn.   Thanks for reading, hope to hear from everyone soon!!

Hi Cody,

I wrote a reply to a similar question in this post Zoning in on a niche.

You can also also go to The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing.

That's a good place to start.

But, as you mentioned, wholesaling is a good place to start. Join a local Real Estate Investing club and start learning from other people in your area.
