Augusta may be a great area to do that with recent cyber command focus. 

I know the guy, for about 5 years now, a regular customer where I work at and he is also my Tech Advisor for my Surveillance Camera biz if anyone needs assistance right away.

You mentioned that the owner of the property next door has given you permission to set foot on her property to accomplish the work you need to do.I'd get that in writing and get it notarized, then deliver a copy to the tenant by a sheriff or constable (however it's done in your area) so she cannot claim that she didn't receive it.With all that as backup, do the work you need and set up video surveillance for your own protection.Good luck!

@Melanie Stephens Tried to sell a unit during Covid but due to lack of inventory in the market the tenant refused that we take pictures of her belongings and post it publicly, refused any in person showings unless she could supervise with surveillance and then accused our realtor of sexual harassment.

Many if not most publicly recorded documents will not accept PO boxes, postal annex addresses, cyber space addresses, etc and require some sort of real property address.

I will say that many properties in the city do have surveillance cameras.

I have never read coa ccrs, but I bet a cyber cuppa it's there.

I would love to better understand the legalities around surveillance in a location that is not your primary residence within your area. 

Did you guys set up any kind of password/user agreement to shield yourself from any potentially illegal cyber activities?
