Greetings from Augusta, GA!

Hello!  As the Masters get started and all eyes turn to Augusta for our annual event, I figured I'd post my introduction.

I've been in the military a little over 20 years and have moved around the country with the Army.  We'll be retiring from the military in the next several years and planning on staying in the Augusta, GA area which we now consider "home". I will post our story up through now later, but so far we are buy and hold single family residence investors.  We have three rental properties and as we get settled in Augusta, my plan is to exchange the current properties into the Augusta area and would also like to add multiple unit residences (quads etc.).

We've had our longest property renting out for about 13 years, but have primarily been focused on the Army and would still consider myself a "newbie".
