You could also commission an artist or photographer to create a unique art print of your property, and then have that print available for guests to purchase as a reminder from their stay.I would love to hear everyone's input on other creative ideas for items that an add-on platform could help facilitate!

From what I have read, the main benefit is early access to MLS for purchasing homes and saving on commission costs while selling homes.This leads to two questions: - Is simply having early access to new listings worth $600, or is it only worthwhile if I plan on flipping and selling a property on my own?

When I buy one of the deals for my own portfolio, or to rehab the house, I simply pay the agent a commission for finding me a deal (I'm a Broker and they're all licensed reps).

If the title company is trying to put Buyer side items onto Seller side statement in this transaction, I would ask them why.As noted, things can change in a year, i.e. the whole buyer side commission thing with NAR, but in my state (Ohio), the customary fees typically don't change.

Sometimes the commission checks can be low (i have a client purchasing a 50k property tomorrow at 2%) but helping someone buy their first investment property has been fun.
