Need help with my first wholesale deal!

Sean Robinson
Posted

Hi! My name is Sean Robinson, my dad is Tony J Robinson the co-host of the Real Estate Rookie Podcast , I am 16 years old and I recently started my wholesaling career. I have a property that I'm looking to hopefully get under contact soon, but the property is completely gutted and the owner lives out of state and doesn't have any recent photos of the inside of the property. I was curious if anyone was local to the area and could grab pictures of the inside of the property for me so I can try to contact contractors in the area to see what renovations would look like for a property like that. I am willing to give the person who goes to the property commission if and when the deal actually closes. And if anyone knows what a full renovation on a property in Pittsburg that is around 1900 sqft would cost, if you could let me know, that would be greatly appreciated.
