Sales/Acquisitions Manager Pay

What would a  good sized operation(flip/wholesale/LO/ OF)  compensate for sales or Acq Manager position?  Would it be % based or  a per deal fee or what?  We generate the leads and manager would need to convert, estimate and see it to close.  They would also get listing % as they are licensed..  I appreciate any ideas..
